Mayer Brothers has two dedicated warehouses.
Our Medina location is a 100,000 square foot Control Atmosphere storage facility designed and utilized for the storage of fresh apples. This allows us to produce fresh apple cider all year round, when our competitors cannot even purchase Apples needed to supply Juice. This is done by controlling the nitrogen and oxygen levels, as well as the temperature, to slow the maturation of the apple.
Our Barker storage warehouse is a dry warehouse, made up of 350,000 square feet used for finished product storage. We utilize a Matrix Scanning pallet tag system to FIFO and track all product.
